Introducing Documate!

Documate
Your Mobile Office Solution

Do you need access to your business documents on the road? Sketching out a project over lunch? Logging project time on-site? Need a client's signature? Documate can do all that and more!

Documate helps you quickly design templates for all your document needs with a simple drag and drop interface without sacrificing power or customisation.  Add logos, dates, signatures, invoices, and much more to create exactly the documents you need.

Creating a document from a template requires only a single tap, and once created documents can be shared as PDF's via e-mail or printed to any AirPrint enabled printer. Documate also supports iCloud to ensure your templates and documents are always backed up and synchronised across all devices (using the same iCloud account). Templates can be shared instantly with any other iPad from within the app.

After launching, Documate presents both existing documents and templates. If you wish to edit or otherwise use an existing document, a single tap will open it. Tapping a template will create a new document from that template.

After the document is complete, you can choose to send it as a PDF or print it.

If a new template is required, press the designer button. The designer begins with a list of the existing templates. From here you can begin with a blank template, edit an existing one, or even create a copy of an existing template.

Creating a template is straightforward. Simply drag the components you need onto the form from the list at the bottom-left. Then drop the components where you want them. Once placed, components can be configured for size, layout, font, colour, and several other options.

That's it! Now you have a new template and can begin using it to create documents immediately.

By pressing the Enable Sharing button on the bottom of the screen you can instantly share templates with any other Documate user.
